Mango is the National Fruit of India and it contains amino acids, flavonoids, Vitamin C and E, niacin, beta carotene, calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.

1.Vitamin A in mangoes helps the body to build and maintain healthy skin and bones.It promotes healthy eyesight and prevents night blindness.   8. Mangoes have very good amount of antioxidants. You can take this fruit every day but since it is seasonal you have to wait for its arrival in summer season. There is a better fruit called Goji berries. Ancient people used to drink Goji Berry Juice to ward off their diseases.
